My latest Paracosmos story is a musical. It’s about a rock star’s rise to fame and the trials and tribulations he faces along the way.
The story is called The DEATH and REBIRTH of ABRAXAS NEPTUNE.
This digital comic is a fun and simple story. It’s designed to inspire you to follow your dreams, and also lays the foundation for the other stories I have written, which take place in the same world. In fact, if you pay close attention, you will see clues throughout this story that point towards things to come.
Due to a series of synchronistic events, universes collided and I ended up making an appearance in the story as my creative alias, matek. ABRAXAS NEPTUNE joined me on stage with my metafictional band Simulacra and we performed a song together. We even toured together later on.
Due to the nature of this story, of course I had to hit the studio and write a soundtrack for it. I am currently recording and mixing these tracks, which will be released as a companion piece to the comic book.
